I had 1,001 questions and she was always prompt in responding if not already reaching out with answers to questions I wanted to ask. I really felt like she had my family’s best interest at heart through the whole process. She was up front and honest and I knew I could trust her judgement and advice. 2019 was a great year . Me and my fiancé were searching for houses , a starter home , my loan company put me in touch with dawn Johnson and literally she made it the best experience of house hunting very enjoyable . Dana served as both my listing agent and buyer's agent. She was meticulous when reviewing and writing offers to make sure everything was done appropriately. She offered priceless guidance without forcing her opinion. I had more issues come up than I could have anticipated and Dana took care of every one of them. Dana was always available when I needed her and let me vent more times about the process than I'd like to admit. She clearly loves real estate and it shows. Heather was able to show me houses three days after I contacted her. Unfortunately one of the four houses I wanted to see was under contract. Another had a sick owner. I was disappointed that Heather struggled to find more than two houses for me to look at. To her credit I didn’t allow much time (one day), and I preferred a short drive to work. When I settled on the house, she was fast at finding comps and got the minimal extras I requested. She was good at communicating the progress, and great sending me paperwork (more than once).

Amazing!! Top notch!! She hustled and our house sold in a day (offer came in that day)!!! She helped me and my wife buy our first home and then sell it! Heather has always been prompt and personable, she has a beautiful personality and is easy to get along with. She was very good at determining our needs and wants while lining up houses for us to view! And I the flip side, with selling, we had multiple viewings in one day which in turn sold the house really fast!
